The signs bring home the term "looks Chinese to me." Not only the characters are a bit difficult to read but translations into "English" are not always the same. Try South Xi Zang Road. On my guide ma it is "Xizang Zhong Liu." I am not sure what it is in Chinese but after many questions and directions I found out that the English version of the street as posted on the street is "Tibit Road."
It is okay. Just have to make an adventure in asking for directions.

Hum, as posted on the Great Wall of China. Now, going up and down the wall is not an easy task, why would a person want to take a smoke along the way? Perhaps the walls might catch on fire?

Somewhere in Beijing at a music store. They were the music experts who introduced me to: Clementine a French singer who sings a lovely song called "Pina Colada." Of course had to get some local music flavour...Ivana with a sweet and melow voice...and a more up beat tempo of something in Chinese...
